Telecom Operators
A telephone company, also known as telecommunications operator (or) telecom operators, is a kind of communications service provider (CSP), more precisely a telecommunications service provider (TSP), that provides telecommunications services such as telephony and data communications access.
DLT Registration is mandatory for sending Bulk messages. List of some telecom operators given below:
- TATA
- MTNL
- JIO
- VIDEOCON
- VODAFONE
- BSNL
- AIRTEL
There is no need to do the “DLT REGISTRATION” in all the operators. If we get approval from any one of these operators, the “DLT Registration” will also apply to all the other operators.
Keep these Documents ready before you start the registration process:
- Organization / Society / Self – PAN Card
- GST Certificate / incorporation certificate / MSME – Any One of the Document
- Need an Authorization letter that depends upon the Operator.
As Mentioned above documents are ready we can start the DLT Registration. During the registration Process to be followed:
- Enter the Pan Number and Verify first
- Add a basic information like Organization Name / Email ID / Mobile number
- You will get an OTP on the registered number & Email ID – Pls verify
Once verified you can login to your account and complete the document uploading with some Basic information about the Company.
Once you complete the registration you will receive a reference number or Temporary ID till you receive any replay from the operator this ID will be helpful for further any clarification. For Activation approximately it takes 4-5 days. You will receive an acceptance / rejection email from the operator.
If your registration is rejected kindly repeat the above process as the Operators request.
Once the registration is accepted your Entity Account will be created then you can use the Login for the next step of registrations (User id- Reg Email ID and password. – xxxx(Which was created on Entity activation).
Once the account created the mandatory registration to be followed:
- Header ID
- Content Registration
- Consent Registration
Header ID : Once the Entity ID Created the next step we have to do is Header ID/Sender ID registration.
Check the availability on your sender ID and the approval.

Content Registration : Customer want to get approve the Exact SMS content in the DLT portal for sending SMS.
[Sample: Dear Customer, Your OTP for the new registration 95355 Thank You.]
Consent Registration : If the customer wants to send promotional or service explicit messages to their clients who have registered in DND they should register the consent. They have to get the exact consent approve for their Content template registration.
